fantastic stay with rooftop perks
room upgrade convenient location amazing view
i loved that john at reception upgraded my room to a double room balcony for free. the staff was helpful ,and the location was very convenient to grand bazaar. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views during breakfast. the experience.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom ,but it didn't significantly impact my overall stay.

Great Location And Helpful Staff

The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. I needed parking and they managed to arrange a spot for my car. The room I stayed in was comfortable, and the cleaning service tidied it every day. Breakfast IS served at the sky roof restaurant. The view is beautiful.

The hotel has a good location near many attractions. i especially liked the rooftop terrace. It provides a great view to hagia sophia and blue mosque. i appreciate the lovely breakfast at the roof top terrace.
The elevator experienced problems, occasionally getting stuck. The staff did not show much concern about it. i found the emergency call inside not functional. This caused considerable discomfort.
